Board of Directors
Mississippi Valley Montessori School is proud to be a nonprofit school run by a passionate volunteer board. Made up of parents, caregivers, and community members, our Board of Directors deeply cares about our mission. Each Board member works hard to represent our values while giving back to our community through their volunteer contributions.

The Board, in consultation with the parents, elects the open positions annually. Each Board member is asked to serve at least two years in the position they were elected to represent. During our monthly meetings, the Board votes on all matters and decisions regarding MVMS procedures, budgets, and policies.
Any issues or concerns regarding the policies and procedures at Mississippi Valley Montessori School may be brought to any member of the Board so that it may be added to the meeting agenda for the following month. If the issue or concern requires a more expedient decision by the Board, an emergency meeting may be called if the Board determines this is necessary.
